TUBULAR HEATERS are manufactured from copper, steel or alloy and are available in straight or bent lengths of 12" to 200" long. Copper tubular heaters are rated for 675 to 7600 watts, steel tubular heaters from 300 to 6300 watts and stainless steel tubular heaters from 450 to 7400 watts. CARTRIDGE HEATERS come with or without sheath and provide utility heating directly to the object or material. Standard sheath diameters are from 5/16" to 1-5/32". Heaters with sheathed cartridges are rated 100 to 1100 watts; sheathless cartridges are rated 30 to 700 watts. INDUSTRIAL HOT PLATES incorporate low watts density TRENT F&F®; heating elements to radiate heat to the underside of the work surface to a maximum 600°F surface temperature. Constructed of 16-gauge steel with a 1/4" steel plate work surface, TRENT hot plates are used for heating pans and vessels, dehydrating and evaporating, heat treating, sealing and many other applications.
