The TRENT GF Series Horizontal Air Recirculating Box Furnace is used in the metalworking and glass industry for annealing glassware, annealing and cleaning distillation columns, and drying. The metal trades use this furnace for tempering, aging, drawing and other heating operations.

The furnace is equipped with a four-sided stainless steel muffle and centrifugal flow type fan behind a guarded opening in the rear wall. The fan draws the air horizontally from front to back through the muffle work chamber, then returns the air to the front of the furnace through the annular space between the muffle outer wall and the furnace inner liner, where the heating elements are located.
