The TRENT Bell Furnace uses direct radiant heat to deliver a uniform blanket of heat to the workload. These furnaces are designed as a general purpose furnace used to heat large motors and transformers, annealing large glass masses and for other heat treating applications in various industries.

STANDARD FEATURES:
• Standard parts with little or no maintenance required
• Firebrick chamber liner backed by slab type secondary insulation
• High alloy metal guards in chamber to prevent heating element damage when loading

• Lifting lugs as required

• Carbon steel outer casing painted with a heat resistant paint
TRENT Folded and Formed® heating elements supported by

   ceramic retainers that are keyed into the side walls of the brick chamber

• One thermocouple for heat chamber control plus furnace

   overtemperature protection with additional thermocouple or gold fuse

OPTIONS:
• Fused safety disconnect switch
• Switch gear and control package
• Insulated base to mount furnace
